Moment of impact, January 13th 1997 Australian Network for Art and Technology National Summer School Hobart Tasmania Longtitute 147 degrees east Lattitude 42.5 degrees south.

A collective of artists who might be identified by geographic relationship, rather than anything else.

Coming from six Australian states, from a variety of skill bases, we are concerned with a range of approaches to the digital realm.

Since collision and fusion, we have become a collective jumble of echo's communicating mostly via dreams, email and IRC.

Feeding back into ourselves, expanding and contracting, this is a growing space. A continual flow of discourse beyond geographical distance.

The current project, Lingua Elettrica embodies actual collision, the meshing of a shared concern with motility (spontaneous or independent movement) with a fascination for "living" unstable systems.
