My project investigates the manipulation of reality and its transformation into fiction to create a photographic narrative. Employing the immediacy and veracity of photography I combine photographic factuality with deliberately constructed and staged scenarios, adding a variety of characters, that I myself, most the time, impersonate. By adapting existing reality and transforming it into an evocative image I explore the fluid relationship between photographic veracity and the pretense of a staged narrative fiction.
